The setup

When Joya Dass came to us, Women's Leadership Lab wasn't failing. It was capped.

Joya had built real authority helping women leaders master public speaking and build a brand that gets them seen. The credibility was there. The offer worked. But for years she'd been stuck in low six figures, sat at $12.5K MRR and around 10 sales calls a month.

The problem wasn't skill. It was pipeline. She'd never generated a single lead from her content. She had a thin trickle of referrals and nothing predictable behind them. And she was working herself to the bone just to keep the lights on. When Joya stopped, everything stopped.

She'd tried posting how-to content and praying for leads. Hadn't worked. She'd tried living in LinkedIn DMs chasing meetings. Hadn't worked. Every channel she ran outside her own effort gave her nothing she could count on. That's where we came in.

The real job

The real job wasn't "post more often" or "send more DMs". It was to turn Joya's quiet credibility into a system she owned, one that created pipeline whether or not she was in the room.

So we didn't build a content calendar. We didn't build an outbound playbook. We built a content-led demand system she could run in 30 minutes a day:

Content → Weekly workshop → AI outbound → Sales calls → MRR

What we built

1) Repositioned to speak to power

First job: stop talking to the wrong buyers. Joya already had the credibility and an incredible offer, but she was pitching people who couldn't afford her rates. We repositioned her expertise to land with higher-paying decision makers, women at $250k+ ARR who expected to invest at a serious level.

That one shift meant she stopped wasting time chasing clients who'd never buy, and started attracting people who arrived ready to. It also let her raise her rates by $10K without losing a beat.

2) Installed the Atticus AI Sales System

This is where the leverage kicked in. We trained an AI content engine on her voice plus 10,000+ high-performing posts, then optimised the copy so it didn't just get likes, it booked calls. Seven posts a week for reach and reframe, built to move women leaders from skepticism to trust.

On the outbound side, we built an AI ecosystem powered by AI agents. Sales Navigator for prospecting, Ocean.io for lookalike lists and lead scoring, and Valley as her AI SDR running personalised outreach in her voice. Response rates climbed to 30–60% by week 8. Then we trained a commission-only setter to run it end to end, so Joya could step out of the DMs completely.

The result: she focused on delivery and strategy while the system quietly built pipeline in the background.

3) A weekly workshop as the trust layer

The workshop did the heavy lifting on conversion. Every week, prospects got to experience working with Joya before any sales conversation. They saw her thinking, her frameworks, her voice. By the time someone landed on a call, they already trusted her. That flow alone closed four high-ticket clients from LinkedIn in 60 days.

4) A simple funnel that filtered hard

We ditched the over-engineered marketing hacks and built one direct path: content to workshop to AI outbound to sales call to MRR. Calendly qualification made sure calls only happened with women at $250k+ ARR, with a problem Joya could solve, and a willingness to invest. Every touchpoint built trust before a prospect ever hit her calendar.

Conversations shifted from "why should I work with you?" to "when can we start?"

The compounding layer

We didn't run any of these channels in isolation.

  • Content fed outbound. A prospect who'd seen Joya's posts replied at multiples of cold rates.
  • Outbound fed content. Prospects who didn't reply still followed, and saw the next post.
  • The workshop fed pipeline. Warm attendees converted to clients at rates cold outreach could never touch.
  • Pipeline fed content. Every deal, objection, and live conversation became fuel for the next week of posts.

That's how you build a system that compounds, instead of a campaign that burns hot then dies.

Results (Jan '25 → Dec '25)

  • $200,000 closed in the year, on track to finish at $350K
  • $78,000 closed in the last 60 days
  • MRR grew from $12.5K to $30K
  • Rates raised by $10K
  • 204 qualified sales calls, scaling from 10 a month to 40–50 booked calls a month at peak
  • 7,222+ niche ICP followers added
  • Agency spend cut from $4,000/month to a $600/month system, saving roughly $40,000 a year
  • Runs in 30 minutes a day, handled by a VA, with Joya 100% out of business development

A consultant capped at low six figures and living on referrals became a multi six-figure operator with a system she owns outright. No added headcount. No retainer she's hostage to.

Why it worked

  • We treated the buyer's attention as the unit of work, not channels
  • We narrowed the ICP until every post and every DM landed on a woman who could actually buy
  • We made content the trust layer, then used AI outbound and the workshop to convert the warmed audience
  • We used Sales Navigator, Ocean.io, and Valley for targeting, not for spray-and-pray
  • We built a feedback loop where every touch made the next one easier
  • Joya owned the system. When we stepped back, the engine kept running
