Atticus Agency ("Atticus", "we", "us") runs this website and our free classes and workshops. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you sign up for a class or fill in one of our forms (on this site or through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form), we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, company name, and any answers you give to the questions on the form.
How we use it
- To send you your ticket, joining link and reminders for the class you signed up for, and to call or text you to confirm your seat.
- To send you the replay and related follow-up about our programmes. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand who our classes are useful for, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run our business, such as LinkedIn (if you signed up through a LinkedIn form), our email and CRM tools, and our video-call provider. They process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you’re on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it, except where we have to keep a record by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email luke@atticusagency.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
